Windows 10 for Phones Build 14291 from Windows Redstone or Development branch has been released to Windows Insiders in Fast Ring. Windows 10 Mobile Build 14291 comes with almost no changes in the system.
However, the Windows Maps app comes with new features and improvements, as the HERE app for Windows 10 Devices has been discontinued. Along with the improvements to Windows Maps, Windows Alarms and Clock also received a few improvements. You can read our in-depth review of Windows 10 Mobile Build 14291 by clicking here.
As reported in our Windows 10 Mobile 14291 first impression post, the new build includes a major issue where the space key on the keyboard does not work in any app, including Microsoft Edge, WhatsApp, and even system elements like the “search bar in the app list” and the “search bar in settings.”
In addition to the space key issue, in Microsoft Edge, the enter or go button on the keyboard also does not work. However, this issue is temporary, and a soft reset fixes it. Unfortunately, it occurs frequently on our Lumia 640. You can watch the video above to see the bug in action.
